Con immensa soddisfazione siamo giunti alla conclusione della prima fase di questa importante iniziativa per celebrare il nostro sessantesimo anniversario in Via Cagliari!

Il 30 ottobre 2023 abbiamo dato il via al bando culturale GugArt³ rivolto ai giovani talenti! Oggi, dopo un attento e difficile lavoro di selezione annunciamo i nove artisti finalisti che avremo il piacere di ospitare per una settimana nella nostra azienda. Dal 26 febbraio al 1° marzo gli artisti selezionati prenderanno parte alle Residenze D’Arte e vivranno a diretto contatto con i suoni, i profumi, le storie e le attività della Fabbrica e, a partire dalle esperienze e dalle suggestioni, troveranno l’ispirazione per realizzare le loro opere. Responding to the theme of PLAY this years participating artists are: Cecilia Stenbom [UK], Bob Bicknell-Knight [UK], Dave Kemp [Canada], Marta Ciolkowska [Italy & Poland], Patricia Azevedo & Clare Charnley [Brazil & UK], Geska & Robert Brecevic [Sweden & Croatia], Melanie Manos [USA], Timo Kahlen [Germany] and Kuesti Fraun [Germany]. The participating writer this year is Nigel Quinlan [Ireland].

Contemporary video/film works from national & international artists are back-projected from twilight – midnight onto coated windows, transforming spaces & shopwindow into screens in the townscape.
